You might get even more business if you advertise that you can paint them any colour.

I doubt any of the other float makers do it  Wink

Nick,

I finally managed to get out and use the floats you made for me over the weekend. I fished a swim where I had around 18inches across to an island. A margin swim close in at around 2ft against a dying reed bed.

Shotting was spot on using 3 number 10 stotz spread out. Target fish were decent skimmers. The floats "cocked" perfectly and I could see  the small bristle at 14m ideally.

The fishing was hard but I still managed a few skimmers in tough conditions and a solitary carp from the margin swim which piled through the reeds, into some pads and out the other side. Not a mark on the float, still as strong as when they were posted to me.

I think they are great and will be ordering some more in the future but perhaps in a larger size for fishing in deeper water. I will PM you some detais once I have worked out what I actually need.

The floats came with no side eyes and I think it helped in the snaggy swims. Added just silicone float rubbers held them securely in place on the line and made controlling the float that much better when lifting and dropping a bait. No slight movement of the float to the left or right.

Well done Nick and another convert.
